At Two Two, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
