Neontetra Tulle Top (Brown)

This tulle top features a back that looks like a fish tail fin and shoulder fabric shapes that bounce outward. The creation was inspired by women in Tokyo who do not often have the opportunity to wear dresses, but are willing to wear dressy clothes with pants on the street.
